In 1973, Linn A. Duesterbeck founded L.A. Duesterbeck & Associates as a single person operation in Janesville, Wisconsin. Since that time, the company has grown into the leading commercial real estate appraisal company serving Wisconsin and Northern Illinois with over 100 clients. Our regional appraisal firm is widely recognized and well respected by local, regional, and national clients. Linn has since retired, with Troy J. Kruser, MAI, responsible for maintaining the company's long standing reputation for well-researched and prepared appraisal reports, provided in a timely manner with top-level client communication and follow up to any questions.

This former single person office now acts as the company headquarters, and houses experienced appraisers and support staff.

Since our founding in 1973, we have valued nearly every type of real estate asset throughout the region. Our client base includes local, regional, and national lending institutions, legal, insurance and accounting firms, state agencies, non-profit organizations, corporations, state, county and local government bodies, business owners and private individuals, amongst others. Our geographic coverage has expanded to include most of Wisconsin, as well as Northern Illinois. We subscribe to all commercially available resources of our knowledge for contemporary real estate market information, and maintain our own internal database of sale and lease comparables.
